C.8 Flagship Program:

Empowering Early Adopters with ANFE on Base Network

Introduction

HyperCycle is introducing extended capabilities and upgrades into its software products. To effectively enable early adopters to be the first beneficiaries, HyperCycle has elected to start by expanding the representation of its software products onto Base, another public ledger that is available worldwide and is EVM compatible. This approach allows current owners of digital assets on Ethereum (ETH) to continue utilising their existing software clients to manage their assets. Furthermore, they can use the same public unique address(es) of their wallet(s) to own and manage additional assets represented on Base, should they choose to do so.

The first phase of this initiative will provide current owners with the option to own and manage an identical amount of assets on Base, which will have the ability to enjoy significant improvements. This extension of licensing and functionality includes the launch of a new type of representation of Node Factory—the Advanced Node Factory Enclosure (ANFE). ANFE has the inherent capability to enclose many other software products that Node Factory owners may wish to produce.

30-Days:
Snapshot and ANFE Allocation

Participants who establish node factory representation on the Ethereum (ETH) network wallet will receive a matching amount of Advanced Node Factory Enclosures (ANFEs) represented on the Base network under the same wallet. They will have 30 days to do so, starting on 14th April 2025 at 1:00 pm UTC and ending on 14th May 2025 at 1:00 pm UTC, the cutoff time for the snapshot of the ETH network. After that date, the two networks will continue to function independently. This entire process will not impact any functionality being represented on ETH, it is strictly an extension to the platform and this snapshot is an opportunity to enable the early participants to benefit from it for no extra cost to them. Any additional ownership desired beyond that date can be acquired and deployed independently on any machine at the owners discretion.

To clarify further, this snapshot captures Node Factory ownership on Ethereum, enabling a script to allocate an identical number of ANFEs on the Base network. Node Factory owners can then opt to own and manage these ANFEs, which inherit the tilling history from their corresponding Ethereum node factories up until the cut-off date, facilitating earlier engagement in network activities.

180-Day C.8 Program Period:
Progressive Upgrades and Early Adoption

Participants included in the snapshot become full C.8 participants, gaining access to a suite of new features and licenses as the Node Factory product evolves over the subsequent 150 days for potentially additional node factory upgrades that can be dropped into the enclosure at no extra cost if they choose to. The details on any conditions associated with those upgrades can be shared prior to them being made available along with any explicit actions needed to signal the acceptance of them or not as they are not mandatory. Therefore, these early adopters will have the options to benefit from progressively released upgrades, including embedded software licenses for new Node Factory functionalities being represented on Base. New clients joining after the 30-day cutoff can become partial participants but may need to purchase certain upgrades that full participants receive at no additional cost.

The Advanced Node Factory Enclosure (ANFE):
Revolutionising AI Agent Distribution

The Advanced Node Factory Enclosure (ANFE) is the open secure enclosures for further network connectivity components and AI agent distribution, which ensures secure distribution of rights to run advanced AI agents on the internet of AI. With over 1,000 existing SME entities and individuals set to own ANFEs, thousands of operators lined up for training and hundreds of thousands of developers building AI agents for millions of users, we are beginning to witness the scale of AI wealth creation and a model that benefits multiple stakeholders. As an example, the YMCA has recently announced the release of Hyper-Y, a Multi-Agent system built on HyperCycle and is known to have over 65,000,000 human beneficiaries.

Seamless Asset Migration and Inclusivity

This first phase enables seamless migration of $2.5 billion worth of asset value via ANFE’s representation on Base, heralding a significant shift and reducing exposure to unnecessary risk. Anchored in ERC721 software licenses, this paradigm-shifting asset value transition is facilitated by HyperCycle’s strategic use of on-chain representations that point to native assets—ensuring that while licensing rights are verifiable, the core assets are independent of traditional ledger-based systems. Unlike traditional ledger based dependant systems, HyperCycle’s core tech operates truly peer-to-peer (P2P) on the foundational layers of the existing internet, eliminating third-party dependencies while benefiting the owners of the node factories from existing phenomenal technologies such as ETH and Base without having to depend on them to deploy and run the Node Factories, in order to produce globally functioning nodes that are able to connect any AI agents with any other AI agents securely and efficiently. This true p2p approach and non-reliance on any middle layer can therefore have unprecedented scale that is unbounded.

Empowering Developers and AI Agents

AI wealth creation is inevitable. While the emergence of agentic AI is set to transform global economies, the ANFE offers a path for developers and AI agents to tap into this potential without any direct cost. This option is available due to the fact that many Node Factory Owners wish to provide some of the nodes they produce at no upfront cost to any developer, deployer and good AI Agents. In some cases, the Node Factory Owners act as sponsors, ensuring that every legitimate AI company can expand its distribution and accessibility without having to allocate a budget. In this way, if you've built a superior method or a more effective AI agent, the ANFE framework will amplify your innovation—making it available not just to every human, but to every AI. However, entities may opt not to be sponsored and would rather purchase and deploy their own Node Factory so the nodes produced are fully owned by themselves as they wish to capture the maximum amount of wealth creation attributed to their respective contribution to the global intelligence.

Key Information

  • Network Expansion: This initiative represents a network expansion, opening access to new ecosystems while establishing a workable and repeatable model for integration with other networks.

  • Ethereum-Based Components: Node Factory components on Ethereum, including c_HyPC (derived from HyPC) and Node licenses, will remain operational on Ethereum without any alterations.

  • Base Extension: Currently this extension to Base does not involve the issuance of new HyPC tokens. Instead, it introduces pointers (c_HyPCE) derived from the same data structure. These pointers do not interfere with the existing functionality of HyPC but offer extended capabilities to those who opt to own and manage them.

  • Advanced Node Factory Enclosure (ANFE): A new type of Node Factory, known as the Advanced Node Factory Enclosure (ANFE), is being deployed having its representation on Base. Current Node Factory owners will receive and manage an equivalent amount of ANFEs on Base, provided they retain ownership by the script execution date, which is 30 days from the commencement of Project C.8. Those who do not wish to adopt ANFEs are not required to form Node Factories by this date.

  • Existing Node Factories: Current Node Factories on the Ethereum network will remain unaffected. Their computational activities, including Tilling, will not be impacted by this expansion. Regardless of where the compute is directed, it will continue to function as intended.

  • Adoption of ANFEs: If Node Factory owners choose to adopt ANFEs, the initial Tilling ratios on Base will equal those accrued by their corresponding Node Factories on Ethereum at the script execution date (the cutoff date). Post-adoption, owners will be responsible for managing and deploying this new asset, including deciding whether to run computational tasks such as Tilling. This extension is non-mandatory and owners retain the freedom to choose their level of involvement.

  • Correspondence: The correspondence is established via the wallet owning the Ethereum pointers to the Node Factory licenses, which will receive the matched amount in ANFE on Base.

Additional Benefits for Owners and Operators on Base

Due to Base’s lower gas fees, owners and operators can enjoy several advantages:

  • Rapid development and experimentation with custom smart contracts around ANFEs.

  • The ability to transfer asset ownership.

  • Functionality being developed to enable division of ANFEs.

  • Future opportunities for interoperability and composable services through integration with agentic AI ecosystems on Base.

C.8:
Empowering Early Adopters with Expanded Capabilities

The expansion to Base marks the initial phase of C.8, providing participants with future access to new capabilities during the 180-day rollout. These capabilities may be offered by third parties, with negotiations currently underway to benefit early adopters, also known as Node Factory owners.

C.8 represents HyperCycle's commitment to innovation and inclusivity. It advantages the pioneering owners of a HyperCycle Node Factory by safeguarding their investment value and providing expanded opportunities for growth.
